Fast & Easy Gift Card

I am in need of a gift card for a wedding shower next week so I decided to make a fast & easy one using the Bluebonnets and the Simple Sentiments sets from Kitchen Sink Stamps. I got my stamps earlier in the week and my idea was to make a simple gift card and since the Mod Squad Blog Challenge this week was Fast & Easy I decided this would be a perfect card to use for that challenge.

I did not have the recommended colors of ink but I think I still made a fairly good ink combo to create these images which involve steps. Believe me, that sure makes it a lot faster to work up a quick card.

It is a very busy week for me with a class reunion, company for the weekend and also a reunion of me and my sisters on Monday so if I am a bit scarce that would be the reason why. I hope you all have a great week and thanks for stopping in and commenting.

God bless,
Verna

I love 2-step (or more) stamping.....always so effective. You did a great job with this, it's not always easy to get the colors correct. Your card is beautiful!!!

My mother would take photos of the bluebonnets in fields in Texas when she went to visit my sisters when they lived there. This reminds me of those. Very pretty!
