Elf Peeker

I had to play with the cute Elf Peeker set from Sparkle N Sprinkle again today. This time I used a scrap of kraft and red striped paper from Stampin' Up! and again colored the elf in with my Zig markers. I was going to use Copics but forgot to stamp it with Memento ink so I had to switch to the Zigs and they worked well too.

I also added some branches from the Diemond Die Pine  Branch set. I thought it would appear like the elf is under the tree and peeking behind a package as a friend of mine suggested. I think she had a great idea so I went with that. I also used the Memory Box Cross Stitched Border die to cut out the main panel.

Well, tomorrow is my half a year checkup at the doctor so no doubt I will be busy with blood draw early in the morning and then later on a visit with her. I hope all of you have a great day and thanks for stopping in.

God bless,
Verna

That is such a cute stamp and the way you used it was so clever; it does look like what your friend said, 'under the tree and peeking around a present', especially since you added the sprigs of pine branches. Your mind works and comes up with fantastic ideas.
