I have so many people I love with Spring birthdays so I decided to make another card using Jan's Digi set called Floral Flourish. This time I used the pre-colored version and added it to an alcohol ink background which I had made years ago and photographed. Little did I know I would use it when making digital stamped creations but I have found it very handy just in case it fits what I am looking for. So I will leave it up to you if this looks okay or not. I debated about it but in the end decided it wasn't too bad. The sentiment on the card is from a Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous set called Crazy Talk. I am entering this in the Jan's Digi Stamps March Challenge-Anything Goes.
Thanks for visiting and today it is cloudy and supposedly by noon it is to be snowing. They predict 5-9 inches of snow and strong wind. So much for Spring! Hahaa! But it is getting closer so hang in there everyone.
Take care and God bless, Verna

Your bg gives the digi that WOW factor. Your light base and stamped sentiment makes this card very personal.
This is a fabulous card Verna, and I love the colors! I cannot imagine that much snow heading your way, while here in PA we're supposed to hit temps in the low 70s tomorrow! Stay warm!!!
Beautiful Verna! Your background makes my Springtime Image POP! Great Job! Thank you for sharing your lovely creation with us at Jan's Digi Blog Challenge. Stay safe my friend.
Hugs,

Oh I love this! Love the bold background and the very understated pastel image -- wonderfully placed on the matching pastel cs.
So beautiful is your spring card x
Great idea to photograph the alcohol ink background and it looks amazing with the digi image Verna x. Very wet and windy our end but no snow x.
Beautiful! The soft floral flourish looks great on your colorful background, and the black border really ties it together.
Isn't it great that you "inadvertently" created your own magnificently hued digital paper? Verna, it's BEAUTIFUL! And I love the way you have used the digital stamp! hugs, de
This is a fun AI background and perfect for the flowers. Even the wonky sentiment fits perfectly on this card. Crazy weather. We had horrible wind all day yesterday and today it is pouring down rain. Five to nine inches is a lot of snow and with the wind it will drift all over the place. Good day to stay in and craft.
Dreamy alcohol ink background, Verna! And you kept the flower softer so they go together very well! The yellow base is spring like. What a gorgeous design! Really raining here . Stay inside as much as you can, where it's cozy toasty! 💓💓💓
Love the technique you used here... so very pretty. The black mat sets off the colorful background and pale yellow is the perfect base to bring in the flowers. How innovative and fun.
Oh, my, this is almost even more amazing than your previous card! I LOVE the background with the delicate color of the flowers. It's utterly fabulous, Verna!
Beautiful background for those pretty flowers. Really like that you used a creamy card base which highlights the soft coloured flowers and background.
Just look at how different this one is from your previous card with the same image. You are an artist for sure.
Absolutely gorgeous! What a brilliant idea to scan the alcohol ink background so you can reuse it! It works beautifully here!
Another beautiful card Verna, you have really shown the versatility of this lovely set.
Thank you so much for entering our challenge at Jan’s Digital Stamp Challenge, looking forward to see you again next challenge.
