I wish all of you a wonderful St. Patrick's Day today. We don't celebrate it ourselves but I know a lot of people do. So for that reason I wanted to make a quick card today using a free digital set from Verve called Lucky Day. If you go to the site I think you can still download it. But hurry!
I am not too good at doing things with digitals so for this one I simply did a copy and paste of the shamrocks and put them onto a Word doc. Then I printed them out. Next I took a Hero Arts stamp pad called Ombre Meadow and swiped it across that printed design. I added a bit more coloring in by using some shades of green Tombow pens.
Once that was done I layered it onto some die cut rectangle layers with the Die-Namics MFT 839 Wonky Stitched Rectangle Stackers and placed it on a light green card base. My sentiment was printed out as well from that digital stamp set and I layered that before I added it to the main designed panel and finished it off with another shamrock which I popped up.
Well, blessings to you and I hope whether you celebrate or not that you have a great day.
God bless,
Verna

I really love how you have such a juxtaposition between that bright green and that dark strip! This is so cute!
cute St Patrick's day card, and very clever of you to do the swiping of the ink across the digis. Thanks for the blessings, although I am not Irish, my hubby is 100%, guess that counts.
