I worked up a few cards for Halloween today. I usually don't make that many so I think one more will do it for me. I only got four done today but the scene I created for them is pretty much like this one I am posting.
I stamped the tree and house from a Sparkle N Sprinkle stamp set with black ink and then the ghosts were stamped with Versamark and embossed with white embossing powder. I then simply filled in the ghosts and the windows and moon and the land line below with Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol.
All the images were stamped onto a royal blue card stock I had in my stash. The ghosts are from some old wood mounted stamps I had from Ink Links. Sparkle N Sprinkle is no longer in business and the Ink Links may be in the same situation as I bought them years ago. The Boo however is from the Impression Obsession Holiday Icons stamp set,
Well, we did get rain and a few snowflakes but they are all melted again. I hope that will be the end of it for awhile. But I guess it is the season where it could become a white world again. I wish all of you a great weekend. Thanks for visiting.
God bless,
Verna

This is awesome, Verna! Love your little ghosts - I wondered how you did them. It looks ever so realistic. Great job.
Have been thinking about you with this winter storm. Glad for the update, sounds like you didn't get much snow, which is good. I love your card, those ghosts are just awesome. They just made me smile.
Now that's one adorable image and super cute. Fabulous cards Verna x Did you get the snow? Hope the internet kept working rain or the snow x.
Oh, gosh, I LOVE the ghosts! Brilliant idea to color white on blue for a semi-transparent look. This is cute, Verna. I love Halloween cards and have a few more to make this year. Some won't be sent till next year, but that's okay. Glad to hear you didn't get all that snow. Weather map showed it mostly in the eastern edge of the state, so I'm guessing you're west of that.
Love those fun ghosts on this cute Halloween card!
Such a cute scene for Halloween! I love those ghosts!!
Great Halloween card. I love the transparent look of those cute ghosts - perfect!
Snowflakes already - yikes!!
How cute those ghosts are! Love the see through look you got! Adorable card!
Fun scary house. Love the blue sky
Now those cloud ghosts are not one little bit scary ;)
Such a fun and spooky card. The blue sky is spectacular with the silhouette image.
Very cute--just what I like for Halloween!
Spooky! Great Halloween card, Verna! Love how you made the ghosts!
