Well, I am getting in under the wire for the Gina K. Designs Monthly Challenge. The theme this time is to use red as the primary color on a card and it had to be a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary or some sort of milestone. Since I have lots of birthdays coming up in the next months I decided my card would be used in that way. I love those pretty flowers.
I used two Gina K. Designs sets. The flowers come from the Bitty Blossoms set and the sentiment comes from a set that I believe was included as a gift in an order from Gina. And, there was no name for it but as you can see with the photo it is really a Gina K. Designs sentiment set. I stamped the flowers and the sentiment with Memento Northern Pine so that I could use it with alcohol ink markers. As you can see it almost looks black which is alright too. I used my Bic alcohol ink pens to color the flowers. I layered this focal image to Gina K. Design Red Velvet card stock before I added it to the white card base. The last step was to add some red rhinestone gems.
So glad you stopped by to visit. I always love to read your comments too. They help to make my day a little brighter. Take care and stay well.
God bless, Verna

You have got the red in style here. The flowers look real and the frame in red is such a terrific contrast to all the pristine white.
It's a beautiful card. The red is so vibrant. The gems you added look very nice. [Bunny]

Striking color! CAS and stunning, too!!
This is such a pretty card! The flowers look lovely in red, and I love the bling! I have that small stamp set. It is called Little Thoughts. I had to look it up when I received it, as it doesn't have the name printed on the packaging.
Ohhh - I do love this red and white card Verna - what a stunning outcome to the challenge - well done!
Stay safe
Blessings

Those red flowers really pop on this lovely card! I have the same stamp set and need to pull it out and use it again!
I love this card! It's bright and cheerful and just happy. The flower stamp is beautiful and your coloring really brought it to life. I didn't know Bic had alcohol ink pens. Maybe I can fill in with some colors I don't have. Thanks for mentioning that.
Gorgeous flowers and you colored them so well! We just got about 14 inches of snow and its still snowing. So that provides the right pop of color!
Gorgeous! Great coloring with the reds... those are some of the hardest...
