Since these die sets had their virgin use today they will qualify for Darnell's NBUS Challenge as well. I am so glad she does this as it spurs me to get out more things and work with them.
I know the main photo does not show the bubble wrap designs very well so I have done a couple of close ups of the dies used for the flowers.
Cheery Lynn Designs Dies used:
XL-24 Nested Flower Pots
B777 Floral Bouquet Kit
I am also entering this in the Scrapy Land Blog Challenge #59-Anything Goes.
I think I am coming down with a cold or maybe it is a reaction to the flu shot I got Wednesday. At any rate, I ache and have a few cold symptoms. And, it could be either as the nurse said she was coming down with a cold. I hope whatever it is that it is short lived.
Well, here it is the weekend already. I sure had a good week for the most part so I hope the weekend is a good one too. Thanks for visiting and for your wonderful comments.
God bless,
Verna

I like the subtle dimension the bubble wrap adds to your flowers! Such a pretty design! I hope you start feeling better soon!
I do love cards made with die cuts just like you have done. Thanks for the close up pics so we can see the subtle bubble wrap marks. The whole card is a great idea.
What a pretty, soft-toned idea, Miss Verna! I love those dots on your white flowers! thanks for sharing the technique. Beautiful card! hugs, de
Lovely subtle coloring on the flowers. Your bouquet is super cute along with the pot. I need to get out some bubblewrap!
Fun use of the "bubble" - great basket of flowers
It looks like you are ready for spring! Love the flowers in the pot!
I understand how you created such a beautiful diecut pot of flowers, but how did you do the bubble wrap marks? Did you use a whole piece of the bubble wrap over the finished product or did you wad up the bubble wrap and dab it on where you wanted it.
I brayered the ink from the rainbow pad onto the bubble wrap and then I turned it over and pushed it down onto the paper to get the design. You could also just place the paper on top and press it into the wrap. It never occurred to me to wad the wrap up and use it in that manner. That might work too!
Oh this is awesome, Verna! Love your pot of flowers! You have some fabulous dies!
I just love this Verna! That set is one of my favorites, and the flowers look so pretty in that pot. Hope you start to feel better soon:)

Very nice!
Your bubble wrap flowers look really prety. I could see clearly in your close up the soft look of the ink.

What a cool and subtle background you created this time with your bubble wrap, Verna! It was perfect for your flowers! The whole card is superb!! Thank you for playing for a third time in #10! I do hope your symptoms are just a reaction to the flu shot, but in any event, I hope you feel better soon!! Hugs, Darnell
