I created a card using a Stamp It Up' set called No Bones About It. I am entering this card into the Simon Says Monday Challenge-Based on a Book and into the Simon Says Wednesday Challenge-Anything Goes.
As soon as I saw this set I immediately thought about the book and movie Jurassic Park by Michael Crichton. I really like this set and I am sure I will be using it a lot to make cards for my grandsons who I think all liked that movie. In fact, this is for one of them for his birthday.
I also carried the theme over into the inside of the card too.
By using my MISTI I was able to line up these images just perfectly. And, I made my dinosaurs in all colors so that it would be a bit more cheery looking. For a one layer card I think it looks pretty neat!
Well, I have been working on my craft area trying to dispose of some things and rearranging as well. And, I just know that every time I do rearranging I end up not remembering where I put things. But hopefully in time I will figure it all out again. LOL
Thanks for coming by and for all the wonderful comments you leave.
God bless,
Verna

A Dino-tastic creation, Verna! Colorful, happy, cute and darling! Great card! XOXO
Absolutely fabulousy fun card Verna. Totally adorable!
Verna, all boys love dinosaurs; even my son who is 37 years old still loves dinosaurs. Only now he collects dinosaur teeth which is an expensive hobby. They can tell him what dinosaur each comes from and how old it is. It is bizarre. Your grandboys will love all the different colors you used on each of them and I really like the saying on the inside of the card.
What a great card ! So fun !
Thank you for joining us at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge this week.

Wow! This such a charming card and I have to give you a huge kudos for making the inside every bit as amazing as the outside! And I have to agree that this does indeed look incredible- especially when it's only one layer! I love the clever way you colored the dinosaurs so that their bones stand out without it looking too crazy. You did a wonderful job on this and I'm so glad you took the time to share your talents with us for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!
really fun....great for your grandson...I have lots of little people at my house that would love this card so sure he will too.
