Lavender & Lace

I was playing with some Kitchen Sink Stamps today and saw that the Mod Squad Challenge was for using the color lavender or some lace on a card or you could use both. I used a fancy lace type die and some lacy ribbon.

For my flowers I used the Multi Step Bluebonnets set MINI 009. I made it in more lavender colors though then the original blues that were suggested.

I also used a Cheery Lynn Designs dies, namely FRM 135 Swedish Spring Oval Frame, XM-7 Oval Classic Nesting Dies, and B162 Lace Corner Deco B set.

My card stock was white and lavender. I also used lavender ink and a darker lilac ink to shade in the white die cut oval where the flower was stamped. Once I had all the layers assembled I then added my lacy ribbon,

I did not designate what type of card this would be and figured for now it would just be a note card, but I can always add an appropriate sentiment inside the card later.
