Coffee.Craft.Repeat

Today's star is the Altenew line and I used both Fall colored images and coffee designs on this card.  As you may know by now I am doing coffee cards for the Fall Coffee Lovers Blog Hop which is going on now. I am also adding this to the Mod Squad Blog Challenge as well.

First on a white piece of card stock from Gina K. Designs I stamped the coffee ring from the Altenew set called Coffee Ring in the Gina K. Designs Warm Cocoa dye ink. Next using the Gina K. Designs black ink I stamped the sentiment.

Now all that was left was to stamp the leaves from the Altenew Beautiful Day set in the open areas. I first stamped the solid part using a Kaleidacolor Autumn Leaves rainbow pad. Once I had them all stamped I then stamped over them with the second step design and used Gina K. Designs Fresh Asparagus dye ink for that.

I die cut that white panel then with the largest die from the My Favorite Things Die-namics set called Wonky Stitched Rectangles. I love the stitching details and the way the stitches weave in and out to create this look.

I selected a base card of Gina K. Designs Fresh Asparagus card stock and to that I added the white panel. Also I added a white panel inside for the inside message for when I am ready to send this card to someone.

I just love how this card turned out. And, I love that the coffee rings show little spatters as well. I think that adds so much to the design. I debated about adding more spatters but I finally decided to leave well enough alone.

Well, we did have a brief bit of sunshine this morning but now it is once again clouding up and looks like rain. It was so nice to see the sun though for a little while. I hope whether it is rainy or sunny that you are having a wonderful Saturday.
