I was hoping to get a more vintage look and I think by using a cut out from a set of Heartfelt Creation Christmas papers from year's back I managed to get that type of design. I combined that with dies from Cheery Lynn Designs.
Using a cover die I added the white layer over the glitter infested beige card stock. And, sorry! I have no idea where that card stock came from but it sure is pretty! Next I added the Heartfelt Creations cut out and layered it to Gina K. Designs Fresh Asparagus card stock. This was then placed over the top of the card front panel.
I die cut a poinsettia from card stock which closely matched the poinsettia in the cut out and also some evergreen branches. I shaped the poinsettia and layered it over the right lower corner of the card. I popped the poinsettia up by adding several layers of Zots thick dots so that there was more dimension. I also added some yellow rhinestone gems to the center of the poinsettia.
To finish the card design I took my Wink of Stella pen and added some glittery shimmer to the poinsettias.
Cheery Lynn Dies used:
French Lattice Small Frame FRM132
Pine Branches B146
Poinsettia Strip B324
Other Supplies:
Wink of Stella
Zots Clear Adhesive Dots
Scor Pal
Heartfelt Creations Paper Collection
Rhinestone Gems-Unknown

Well, another cloudy day with the promise of rain later on. It is a good day to make cards. But I think the rest of my day will be working with tomatoes again. Oh, well! That is a productive activity too!
Thanks for stopping and for the lovely comments.
God bless,
Verna
