CAS One Layer

I was a bit cramped for time but decided to make a simple one layer card for the A Blog Named Hero-One Layer Challenge. I used the stamp set from CAS-UAL FRIDAYS called Snowy Sayings. I used the long mixed snowflake image and repeated it several times on a white card base to get my snowflakes design using blue ink and then simply added the sentiment with red ink. All inks are from Hero Arts, namely Deep Ocean and Crimson.

I love to do CAS designs and this one took about five minutes to complete. I tried to rotate the snowflake strip so that they were more mixed in alignment. For the beginner stamper this is a good way to start out in card making. To dress it up a bit more one could also add some of the flakes inside the card and also onto an envelope to make everything match.

Well, off to do a few household things and then I will be back later to add another post to my blog. Thanks for visiting and for checking out my CAS one layer card.

God bless,
Verna
