Shaped Card

The challenge at the Mod Squad is to make a shaped card so I went with a round one using the stamps from the Gina K. Designs Just A Little set. I also used several different dies for all the layers and then I popped up the flowers on the card.

I used Copics to color in the flowers but the fronds behind were stamped directly to the white panel with Gina K. Designs ink as was the sentiment. After I had the flowers colored and cut out I placed them onto the fully layered card front. A few of them I popped up with pop dots.

I used both the small and large sets of stitched dies from Gina K. Designs, a stitched die from Cottage Cutz and the main card base was die cut with a Cheery Lynn Designs die.

I am entering this in the Mod Squad Challenge and the Monthly Mix Challenge at Stamp TV.

I am not doing a lot these days as yesterday I had a toe nail edge removed and the doctor told me to take it easy so most of the time I will be in the recliner I guess. Well, now I am off to soak the toe and rebandage it but I wanted to get this card posted while I was up and about. I hope all of you have a great weekend.

God bless,
Verna
