The sentiment is one I have had for ages and it is a wood mounted stamp from Stampendous. I made a background panel in the same colors as the stenciled dotted design by swiping the ink pad onto white card stock and then with Gina K. Designs Jet Black Imalgam ink I stamped the sentiment over that colored panel. I added black card stock to make the bright panels stand out more.
This is going out in the mail Monday to the family who has just moved to a new home. I hope it will be a good way to let them know we wish them the best.

This is so cool and retro! I know neons are back in vogue but I'm not sure I'm ready! I probably have some old neon cardstock in mmy stash though so I guess I could be ready! You are right on trend, Verna!
