Hint of Spring!

The past few days have given us a glimpse of Spring and I love it. For that reason I decided to make a card using Jan's Digital Floral Flourish set. I colored the image with Prismacolor pencils and blended it with Gamsol.  I am entering this card in Jan's Digis March Challenge-Anything Goes.

I blended some blue ink with my brushes around the design to try to make it pop more. For the white Baby's Breath I used a light gray color. It still looked to be white but with a bit more dimension to it I thought. And that sentiment is perfect for this card as it definitely feels like Spring is in the Air!

Thanks for visiting. I am so happy to be back to making more cards and I love to read your comments.

Take care and God bless, Verna

I love your flowers and the color pencil blending you achieved! It's stunning! Great job on the blue background, too. So glad it's feeling springy in the air up north. The days must be getting longer for you! Big hugs! 🥰

This is a gorgeous card and shows that spring is here. I'm so happy to see it. I love that pop of apple green cardstock. It is a breath of fresh air. The blue wash softens the white cardstock and looks so fresh.

Such a lovely card. I too feel that Spring is coming even though I'm looking out on my snow covered yard right now. There's always hope. Just lovely.
