New Address Update

I have moved. My new updated address is:

St. Williams Care Center, 103 N.Viola St., Milbank, SD 57252.

Note: I only changed the S. to N.  So sorry I messed up.

I like it here too. I am only 9 miles from our farm so that means Arlin doesn’t have to travel so far to see me. I am afraid it may be a long time before I can make cards. Not much room to bring supplies in and I may be here a long time. But I am treated well and good cooks here. I want to lose weight and hard to do with great cooks. Haha!

Thanks for the beautiful cards, prayers and well wishes.

Hugs, Verna

It's so good to see your post, Verna! Glad you are in a place near home, as you sure don't need to be worried about your handsome man out on the winter roads! Take good care of yourself, and we will all be here to cheer you on in your recovery! Lots of cheers for the good days, and lots of prayers for the not-so-good days, dear friend! Hugs...

Thank you for your address, Verna, and you're welcome for the cards. I'm glad you are now close enough for Arlin to visit and that you are getting good meals. I will continue to keep you in my thoughts and prayers as you recover. Hugs, Darnell

Hadn't seen a post from you on my blog or YouTube for a while, so thought to come check on you and see what you've been up to. According to my in-laws, rehab sucks, but glad to know at least you have good food! smile! I've had a couple of endoscopies and cataract surgeries since we talked last, and I have a new lactose intolerance, fructose malabsorption, and gastritis diet to follow! It isn't easy! Kind of like your therapy. Take care of yourself, friend, D

Thinking of you! I'm sorry you can't be making cards - but probably a worthy trade-off with the cooks willing to make you great meals!

I stopped by because I had not received your blog posts. We miss you! Will be praying for you to progress quickly. I'm glad to hear the food is good. You might have to order out if it wasn't :)
You continue to rest and get stronger, Verna. You are a shining light example to us with your outlook and your talents!!! With love and aloha, Rosy :🌷🌼🌷🥰

I wondered why I hadn't gotten any emails from you lately, so I did a search for your blog and found this post. I know I'm late, but I had no idea you've moved, and hopefully it won't be too much longer until you feel well again and fully recover and return back home to the farm. Sending good healing vibes your way along with some warm hugs and heartfelt prayers! Take care!
