This image was another free digital design and it was from Whimsy Stamps. I thought it fit the present occasion perfectly and might give a bit of a laugh or two to the recipients of cards made with it. I turned this one into a birthday card by adding another sentiment on the bottom which was from the Gina K. Designs Grand Greetings stamp set.
Please excuse the coloring. I have only a few water based markers left and alas I had no green. But I did have a turquoise and a yellow so I used the two together to color my design along with some gray and brown. These were Tim Holtz Distress markers. After I had the image colored I took my Picket Fence Blending Brushes and added some light blue around the image. I hope my recipient of the card gets a chuckle on his "in house" birthday celebration!
Things went a little better for hubby last night. He did not groan as loud last night as he did the night before when he tried to get out of bed. He did not like the lift chair I put him in either as it made his arms go to sleep. It was made for a little woman and not for a guy. But I was glad it was available for him as it did help that first night a lot. Also some Aleve helped the situation as well. Maybe took some of the swelling down. But I am sure in time he will recover.
I hope this finds all of you well now and able to find some enjoyment in your "in home" isolation. I always find things to do. Creative cooking is on the schedule a lot these days. Haha! Take care and see you next time.
God bless,
Verna

This is so cute, Verna. I've been meaning to color him up and still haven't gotten around to it.
Hopefully your husband gets better each day. He definitely needs good sleep to heal. [Bunny]
It's so stinking CUTE! I love it! No wonder I've been seeing them pop up. Love Whimsy@
This is so stinkin' cute, and how timely. Great birthday card for today's issues. The recipient will LOVE it.
Great use of your limited supplies to colour this cutie - and I love the sentiment you have paired it with!
Praying your hubby continues to improve - keep up the gentle movement(s) through the day I still find getting up the worst as I am stiff from being still through the night - I still can't comfortably sleep on my side...
Stay safe
Blessings

Another cute Dudly card! Mixing your turquoise and yellow markers worked well; he looks great!
Continuing to pray your husband feels 100% soon.
This is so perfect for these times, Verna. What a great sentiment too! You did a great job on the coloring given your limited supplies! Sure hope hubby improves and gets back in the tractor seat soon!
LOL..how perfect for these days! So cute.
This is so perfect for right now and such a funny image. Your colors came out beautiful. Gosh, I was gone a few days and come back to find hubby fell. I hope he is healing and not in so much pain now. Thank goodness he didn't break anything. Stay safe.
Oh so cute, Verna! Your bright green is fabulous against the coveted white TP! (Jack actually bought a package of TP on Tuesday during his weekly foray into Sams!) Your dragon is a darling HB card! hugs, de

Oh, ha! This works great as a birthday card! I've seen these freebies at Whimsy and IO, but pretty sure I wouldn't get them colored right away. I sure love them, though! They'd still be good for later. Your coloring is perfect, Verna. Clever to make your own green!
How adorable! Glad your hubby is improving--hope it continues!
Your card brought a smile to my face Verna x. So sorry to hear about DH and let's hope he feels better soon. I am sending hugs and positive thoughts x.
You did a great job with this free digi, and I love your coloring. So sorry your hubby is hurting from his accident and your arthritis is giving your hands problems, but hopefully things will improve! Take care!
