I Can’t Draw

 Greetings Everyone,

Another card done with my limited supplies. I used a Crafters Companion stencil for my background. The inks used were Color Fuse cubes from The Rubbernecker. The sentiment I took from a set from Gina Marie.

The tie I hand drew so that explains how stupid It looks. And I wish I had my Gamsol to do the Prismacolors with better blending. Also my printing of # 1 Dad is very rugged looking but I am trying to convince myself it is more masculine looking. So far I am  still not succeeding. I chose shades of orange as for this son-in-law orange is his favorite color. At least one card is finished.

Thanks for the wonderful comments on my previous card. I am happy to being creative again. It is good therapy.

Take care and God bless, Verna

Looks awesome to me, Verna! You can draw better than I can. Remember... it's handmade not Hallmark.

Your hand-drawn tie adds to the "homemade" specialty factor, in my humble opinion! Nice job of stenciling around it, it's a terrific card that your son-in-law will cherish

I am so impressed with the tie, you did a great job with it. That's all part of a handmade card and why it is cherished more. I like that geometric background too.

I think you did a wonderful job, and I am so happy you are able to create and post your creations. You have been through so much and you have kept your spirts, faith and attitude so beautifully. You demonstrate the type of Christian I want to be.

Verna, Your circumstances are not usual, but just look at how you have made lemonade. You have made a great Father's day card and stretched your creative ability to draw too. Keep up the good work.
