I stamped my own backgrounds with stamps from Gina K. Designs. I used images from the Spring Blessings and Warm Spring Wishes sets and also some bling looking trail image from the Bring the Bling set. I also used a stipple brush on the inside of the card to add color. On the outside I use a tool that many times is begun by accident (in fact this time) and that is my finger to dab on a bit of color here and there. LOL
The butterfly in the bottom left corner is popped so that the panel can fit under and be held against the card.
This is an open view of the inside. I added more flowers inside the card to connect it to the outside design. It opens up quite large but when closed up makes a flat square card design which can be easily slipped into a card and mailed.
I am going to enter this in the Mod Squad Blog Challenge for this week in which one is to make their own designer paper. I think this will qualify.
And special thanks to Karen for the inspiration from her article.
Have a great day everyone and we are having wonderful weather now...nice and warm and sunny! Thanks for stopping by.
God bless,
Verna

Love this Verna! I forgot about Joy Fold Cards, and they are so cute. Thanks for the reminder. You did a beautiful job with the background, inside and out. It seems that everyone has that STV kit - it's gorgeous here!! Your butterflies are stunning.
Beautiful Verna. Love the colours and just the whole card.
