The colored panel was placed in my Misti and then using Gina K. Designs Jet Black Amalgam ink I stamped the silhouette images from the Gina K. Designs The Wetlands set which is illustrated by Theresa Momber. I took a normal black ink pen and then proceeded to draw in a water line and some ripples. This scene was then die cut with an Unbranded scalloped stitched rectangle die and then added to a layer of black card stock before placing it on the white card base. Oh, and I used Gina K. Designs Connect glue to adhere the layers together.
I am entering this in the Kat Scrappiness March Card Challenge-Rainbows. I don't have a rainbow but I did have a rainbow colored background. I also am entering this in the Three Amigos Blog Hop Challenge.
It is a rainy March Day and later the forecast says it will change to snow and strong winds. I don't think we will see a rainbow however. LOL I guess the weather is the main topic these days. I love these colors blended and using a silhouette really shows it off. The weather is so bad all across the USA. We are under a tornado watch right now and expect extremely high winds today as a front moves through.
