Today I pulled out some Impression Obsession stamps and dies to create a Blackeyed Susan design in hot colors. So of course I am entering this in the Impression Obsession Challenge-Hot Colors. I hope you like it.
My focal panel was made by taking a piece of white card stock and then sponging on the colors of yellow, peach, orange and red and then sort of blending them all together by going over the whole panel with the yellow again. The next step was to take the panel and place it in my Misti and then I stamped over it with the Black Eyed Susan Cover a Card stamp with black ink. I stamped that cover a card stamp several times so that I ended up with a good solid design.
Then it was just a matter of layering it to a panel of yellow and a coral card stock base. Inside I added another panel of yellow so that I can stamp or write a message. The sentiment was stamped onto a yellow banner and placed ion the center of the card.
