Sorry this post is late in wishing you a happy new year but we ended up getting visitors on New Year's Day so I did not get to posting as I had intended. But I guess we can still wish all of us a much better 2021. It was so nice to see some family in person though and the littlest grandchildren enjoyed being on the farm again so they could play with the dog, romp in the snow and then later on enjoy some table games with us. Oh, and Grandpa gave some tractor rides too. My daughter brought the noon meal and I made the evening meal for them before they journeyed back to their home. They only live 75 miles from us so it was nice to have a day visit with them. We even got some hugs. They sure felt good.
I wish to thank all of you wonderful blogger friends for blessing me with your good wishes and encouragement as I have been coping with this cancer and the Covid. Hopefully, I can soon put both of them behind me and be in a more normal mode healthwise.
I hope all of you stay healthy too and that the new year will be a wonderful one for you as well.
God bless, Verna
So glad your family could visit and start your New Year off happily. Sending heartfelt wishes that your treatment program continues well, with no side effects or fatigue, and that God will keep you in His close care! Thanks for all the support you extended me - it meant a great deal. Happy New Year, good health restored and happiness to be in your life! Hugs & TFS. Mary H.

Spending time with your family sounds like the perfect way to ring in the new year. I hope 2021 brings you many more blessings Verna! Be safe and well and keep crafting.
Happy New Year to you and Arlin, as well! Sorry I’ve been MIA, but November/December kicked our patooties. We both got Covid too. My case was just fever, headache, body aches and fatigue, which only lasted about 8 days. My DH, however, was hospitalized twice. He just missed the ventilator by a tiny bit. That was his next step, if the plasma infusion hadn’t helped him. Here we are in January, and he is still very weak, and will be on oxygen for a few months, at least. Anyway, didn’t mean to write a book, just wanted you to know why I haven’t been around to see you. Big hugs!!! Feel better!!!
Happy New Year Verna!! All the best!!
So glad you enjoyed some family! Happy New Year!
How precious those family hugs must have been!! I wish you a better year ahead health-wise.
Nossa Mãe Santíssima, interceda por nós para que fiquemos em paz, sem a perturbação de pessoas que não nos querem bem.
Happy New Year, Verna! I think we are all glad to be rid of 2020! I am glad that your family was able to visit.
Glad you had a wonderful New Year's day, and those hugs that are such a blessing! We too are all praying that you can get over the hump on the cancer and COVID!
Things have been a bustle around here, and I'm way behind and have not even looked at my blog in weeks, and not been in the craft room for FAR too long -- hopefully will get caught up on communications this weekend and be back soon.
