Coffee Ello!

Using more of the hot sizzlin' colors of summer I created another coffee card using Gina K. Designs stamps for the Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop. The set I used is called You Say Goodbye, and I Say Ello which is illustrated by Rebecca Oehlers.

I also used the Die-namic Wonky Stitched Rectangles from My Favorite Things to make the layers. I colored the images in with my Zig water color markers. Once I had the background chevron pattern and the sentiment stamped I then layered all panels together. The last step was to color the coffee cups. I fussy cut them out and then popped them up over that ivory background.

Seeing the cute smiles on those cups makes me grin too! I hope this finds you enjoying a lovely summer day and that you have some coffee, tea, or whatever you choose to drink to make it an even better day.

Thanks for stopping in and I appreciate all of your comments as well!

God bless,
Verna
