A new challenge is ongoing and so I had to join in this time and see if I could use one feather image and make two different designs with it. Here is what I came up with.
I used the feather image from the Fine Feathers set from Gina K. Designs. On the first card I made a wreath with it and then added a sentiment from the Stampin' Up! Christmas Pines set and also pattern paper from Stampin' Up!
And the second card I made used colorful feathers floating across the card front and also the sentiment from the Fine Feathers set.
I am entering this if the Twofer Card Challenge. I am so glad I found a set of feathers to work with too. And, I hope I achieved the objective of the challenge as well.
Well, my mojo must be back. I made four cards today and two are going in my Christmas supply stash for next season. At least I am off to a start now.
Thanks for visiting and I am always so happy to see your wonderful comments. Have a great night everyone.
God bless,
Verna

How clever to use the feather to make a wreath. Two fabulous cards for the challenge!
I love your creativity in using the feather stamp to create a wreath. :)
Nicely done!!!! Glad you are adding to your next year's Christmas card stash too....I have been doing the same. No more last minute scrambling around for me at Christmas...like this past Christmas. Famous last words anyway. ;)
Two gorgeous cards, love the feathers.xxx
Well how clever to use the feather stamp to make a wreath!!! That is GENIUS!!!! I love both your cards!
Wonderful cards, Verna! That feathery wreath turned out perfectly, and the jeweled 'berries' add just the right amount of sparkle to your card! Great patterned paper too. Love your floating feather card too. Those feathers are stamped in such pretty colors, and I love the swirl - it gives a nice floaty look to your card! Thanks so much for playing along at the Twofer Challenge! Bev
Verna! What a brilliant idea!!! LOve your feathery wreath - hope I remember this for next Christmas!

Clever way of using the feather stamp, Verna. Two beautiful cards, my favourite is the clean and simple one. Such a simple design, but so effective. xx
Your Christmas card looks very Christmas-y! Great idea to make a feathery wreath. Love the pretty colors on your CAS feather card. Very creative thinking, Verna!
Fabulous cards! How clever to make a wreath out of a feather! It looks great with the sparkly berries and the plaid paper! The colors of your thank you card are so pretty and remind me of spring! The little swirl adds to the movement, love it!
Thank you so much for joining in the very first Twofer Card Challenge and for your kind words on my blog!
Verna! how clever!! I had to look closely to see the feathers in your wreath. I LOVE it!! and what a perfect take on this challenge because these are so different from one another and both so well done! Bravo friend : )

Your cards are wonderful! I would never have guessed that your wreath was a feather if it wasn't a feather challenge. As wreaths go, that's a better wreath than many wreath images! I love it on the plaid pp. Your second card, with its colorful falling feathers, is delightfully CAS! Thanks so much for joining in on the fun over at Twofer Card Challenge!
You definitely achieved the objective, Verna, and I appreciate that! Thank you for finding your pretty feather so you could play in the first challenge with us! Both cards are terrific! I love that you "hid" your feather in that pretty Christmas wreath, so festive against that beautiful plaid! And your dreamy, floaty second card is very charming! Well done! Hugs, Darnell
Oh how clever, Verna! I love that you created a wreath by using the feather stamp....as we say here in the Boston area--you're wicked smaht! Beautiful cards, love the colors!
Two most distinctly different cards, Verna ... and both fabulous! The Christmas wreath is rich and festive, especially with the jewel berries ... and I love the delicate CAS-ness of those lovely feathers drifting cross your second card ... gorgeous! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Twofer! Anita :)
The feather wreath atop the plaid background is a beautiful Christmas card. The thank you is very light and airy.
I'd say your mojo is definitely back! (I didn't know it was gone...lol) Love how you used the feathers for a wreath! I'd never have thought of that and it's beautiful! Beautiful cards!
I never would have thought to make a wreath but it's great and a so different from your other CAS card.
Very creative to use the feathers as a wreath! Awesome! Thank you for your visit to my blog and your lovely comment! Lindart
Fabulous job using the feather two different ways.... Your wreath looks amazing Verna
Really creative use of that feather stamp, Verna! Great job!
