Today I have made a Fall bouquet for you using lots of products from The Greetery. However, the background of my card was one I had done quite some time ago using a scrunched up piece of plastic wrap as a stamp. I dipped the scrunched up piece in the kraft ink pad and then lightly tapped it on the back of my card stock to create the background. So with that background I made that a basis of my Fall bouquet card design.
The first thing I did was stamp the Mason jar onto white card stock. This is a multi-stamp process and it was super easy to do too which surprised me as usually I have issues aligning things up. Then I die cut the jar and it cuts so close to the design that one can barely tell it was die cut. I then added this to the card base. I also stamped the twine and die cut that and added it to my jar.
Now I was ready for the stenciling of the background foliage. So I used my blending brushes to add color through the stencils going not only on the background but also on the fruit jar image. This in itself made a great design.
But I wanted to kick it up a notch so I took the sunflower die set and die cut everything from the set out of yellow card stock but using blending brushes again I added some color to each element. For the sunflowers I just added a bit of light orange,. For the centers I did them up in various shades of brown. And, the two parts of the leaves were done in two different shades of green. Once I had them all assembled I added them to the bouquet. I love how they look too!
The final thing to do was to add this panel to a light turquoise card base. And as an extra design element I added some brown rhinestones. And there you have it...my Fall bouquet.
All products except for the plastic wrap, card stock, rhinestones, glue runners and inks are from The Greetery!

I've been very intrigued by this mason jar from The Greetery and now even more so. Thank you for sharing your thoughts about it. Easy layering, close die cutting. Now I'm thinking the stenciled fillers are a must have with the jar, too. Then... so many choices for inside. I love how you built this on the plastic wrap background. Really a beautiful card to welcome the fall season!
