I Love Coffee

I had to make a card using a coffee theme today as it is my favorite beverage. Even in summer. I even like iced coffee! So with that in mind here is the card I created.

I used images and a sentiment from the Gina K. Designs Coffee set which is illustrated by Claire Brennan. I stamped the design on ivory card stock and then with a Memory Box rectangle I die cut it, I layered it again onto a red piece of die cut card stock and onto another layer cut with the blue. But before I adhered this all together I added some red gingham ribbon which reminded me of the table cloths my Mom used to have years ago and then proceeded to add it to the ivory card stock base.

The Memory Box die used is the Cross Stitched Frame Borders Style No. 99124.

Well, that will end my week of card making. I usually take Sunday off and try to rest more and being it is Father's Day I am sure we will be getting phone calls at least from some of the kids. I hope all the Dads out there have a great day too!
