The other day when I printed out the free digital from Stamplorations I did one in a smaller size too. So since I had so much fun working with the larger one I decided today to make the smaller version into a card as well. This will be my final entry into the 2018 Spring/Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop. I have really enjoyed this event again.
After I had the design colored I cut it with my guillotine cutter and then took the Die'Sire Edge'ables Lattice Flourish die to cut the border. I then layered this onto a panel of grape card stock which I thought was a good match to some of the flowers in the image. These panels were then placed onto a white card base. The last thing added was three pearls on the bottom right edge of the card.
I hope you have enjoyed all my coffee and tea creations and that I have not bored you too much. But I do know for sure I have had a great time doing this hop again. But it is time to put the play things back in their places and get ready once again for weekend guests, a wedding to attend and also a church pot luck. And, on one of those days is my hubby's birthday so that may need a bit of celebrating too.
Thanks for the lovely comments you have left me. I wish blogger would allow me to reply when people make comments but unless I have your email address I cannot thank you the way I wish or even answer questions. If you do have a question I will have to just make a comment on my blog in hopes you will come back to see the answer.
Have a great rest of the week.
God bless,
Verna

Verna, you have some fancy dies, love this!
Great pairing of die and stamp, and you colored it so prettily!
Fabulous decorative edge on this, Verna. Not sure if I already commented on this one, or if I'm confusing it with another. But I know I really love that edging.
I have been enjoying your coffee creations! You sure sound like you have a busy time coming up....have fun at all the festivities!
So pretty! I do love my java! That border die cut is fabulous!
Such a pretty little teacup! I really like the edge!
I agree, that it is sometimes hard to answer questions with blogger. However, I often just go to the other person’s blog to answer it. I also add the answer on my blog, just in case someone else has the same question later.
Have a great day!
This is beautiful, Verna! Hoping I'll have a chance to get this digi coloured up because it's gorgeous, and I love, love, love your fancy die-cut edge! Sounds like you have some fun times and events ahead on the weekend - enjoy!
Your flowers & coffee image is just exquisitely colored. I love the way you've used that lovely die to dress up the image as well. It's a gorgeous card, Verna. (If you haven't done it yet, you can go to your blog, and where you would do a new post, go to DESIGN, then find COMMENTS under that column. If you look under comments you will see Awaiting Publication...and then you see all the comments that have been left. You choose to select them all with a check in the box, and then hit publish at the top. That's the only way I've been able to get comments published and find out who has left one. It's a pain. Then I have to go back to the published comments to try to return visits. I've tried the instructions at Darnell's post about leaving a comment of my own and then checking the email comments, but I think all that does is send the comment back to whomever commented. Not to the person who owns the blog) I hope Blogger gets this fixed soon. Have a wonderful week with all your socializing, and Happy Birthday to your DH. TFS & Hugs
Verna, I love the die you used. It looks so pretty. The pearls really add to the elegance. I love how you colored the flowers. The blue cup looks beautiful.
Well, I already told you I loved this one... but I'm here to tell you again... LOVE it!

Well, I hope you got through your busy weekend okay, Verna. I've been so busy with this and that lately I can never get everything done, inside and outside, that I need to do. I have certainly enjoyed your coffee cards! This one with the lattice border is especially pretty. I love anything with lattice. It's a weakness.
