Tulip Hello Tag
Tonight I made a tag card so I could enter it in the Impression Obsession Tag You're It Challenge. I made the tag and then added it to some polka dot pattern paper from my stash. Very simple design. All the dies I used can be found at Impression Obssesion's website. I did a little sponging on part of the tulip flower too.
