Now that I have my Christmas card making pretty much under control I decided to take a break and do a card using a different theme. I decided on a card that might appeal to my grandkids. I know I will be needing cards for them for various reasons. And, this Great Impressions set would work for a birthday, get well or even for a valentine design with that sentiment.
To compliment the image I used my Memory Box Cross Stitched Dies to add layers. The image was colored with my Copic markers. And, once all the layers were together on the white card stock base I then added the double bow of green gingham ribbon to finish it off.
I am entering this in the Great Impressions Blog Challenge which is Anything Goes. The stamp set I used is called Toadally Awesome SKU: OHW101
Well, most likely this will be my last post of the week as I have to concentrate on cleaning and baking pretty much from now on. And, once I get the house cleaned I don't want to get paper snips and such all over the place again. LOL And, I love to watch Christmas movies in this season of joy so that is part of my plan too! I may post things I bake or concoct. I know Chex Mix is on the list. In the meantime take care and have a great rest of the week.
God bless,
Verna
