Happy New Year!

This is the scene we had after Christmas with a storm and again this New Year holiday lasting until into the first day of the New Year. But the winds are down now so we are blessed that while it was storming we were safe inside and able to hunker down. Now this morning it is time to blow out again. Winter keeps my hubby busy.

I want thank you for all the visits and comments you have left me this past year. I know I have been missing in action for a couple weeks but we had company for a week and some of them got stranded here due to the storm. But I am happy to report all reached their homes safely. So God is good!

Have a great week and a most wonderful 2019. And if the new year does throw a few glitches your way I pray that the Lord will help you cope with those as well.

God bless,
Verna

Oh, Verna, this is quite the dark and snowy scene! Thank goodness for tractors and snow blowers, right? I'm glad to hear your company got home okay after being stranded. I'm sure you were the perfect and most gracious host. I've been MIA on my blog since Dec 19. A long break, but I must have needed it. Happy new year to you!

Happy New Year Verna! Brrrr...lots of snow and cold! I love the winter but not so much the traveling. Our plans changed for New Years Eve because of the weather..but we managed to have a fun but quiet evening in with pizza and a movie!

Now that is the way to plow! We don't have that much snow as a rule but this tractor would sure take care of it. I'm glad you were warm and cozy and everyone got home safely. Everyone takes a blogging break when things are busy but we are here when you get back.
